# About Agentic Assets

Agentic Assets is an AI technology company founded by two finance professors. We build purpose-built AI platforms for commercial real estate professionals, combining academic rigor with practical workflows to deliver intelligence that investment professionals can trust, verify, and act upon with confidence.

## Our mission

To close the gap between the best available research evidence and the day-to-day decisions of commercial real estate professionals.

Commercial real estate runs on analysis that has to survive scrutiny. When an investment committee asks where a number came from, “the AI said so” is not an answer. Every product we build is designed so its output can be checked: sources linked, assumptions visible, human review where a decision is being made.

## What we build

### Corbis: research

Corbis is a research-first AI platform for finance and real estate professionals. It searches a continuously updated corpus of peer-reviewed papers across finance, real estate, and economics and returns cited answers in real time, so every claim links back to the paper it came from.

### EQUIRE: deals

EQUIRE is an AI-native deal intelligence platform covering the complete commercial real estate deal lifecycle: sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing, built around governed workflows with human review gates. EQUIRE is available by waitlist.

## The founders

Agentic Assets was founded by two practicing finance professors. That is not a credential we mention for decoration. It is why the products are built the way they are.
