Agentic Assets was founded by Dr. Cayman Seagraves, Assistant Professor of Real Estate and Finance at Florida Atlantic University (Ph.D. Finance, Florida State University), and Dr. Stace Sirmans, Associate Professor of Finance at Auburn University (Ph.D. Finance, University of Florida).
What is Corbis?
Corbis is a research-first AI platform built for finance and real estate professionals. It searches and synthesizes a continuously updated corpus of peer-reviewed papers across finance, real estate, and economics, and returns cited answers in real time so every claim links back to its original source. It also produces investment committee memos, market analyses, and literature reviews, and exports to PDF, Word, or LaTeX with a full source appendix.
What is EQUIRE?
EQUIRE is an AI-native deal intelligence platform covering the complete commercial real estate deal lifecycle: sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing. It monitors market and off-market channels for deals matching an investor's thesis, automates property analysis and financial modeling, and streamlines diligence through document review and risk assessment.
What is the difference between Corbis and EQUIRE?
Corbis is for research and EQUIRE is for deals. Corbis answers the question 'what does the evidence say?' by working across a body of academic literature. EQUIRE works on a specific transaction, from sourcing through closing. They are two distinct products, and many teams use both.

What does source-grounded mean?
It means the output can be checked. Corbis links every answer to the paper it came from, so the evidence can be verified before it is used. EQUIRE puts human review gates in front of valuation and review changes rather than applying them automatically. In both cases the goal is analysis that survives scrutiny from an investment committee.
